These terms apply to use of snaptik.co.id, operated by SnapTik. Effective date: 2026-10-02. Use the service only if you can accept the following terms.
Scope of the Service
SnapTik provides tools to process supported links and display available media or text options. Result availability is affected by the source, service configuration, and technical conditions. Not every link, format, or quality level is guaranteed to be available.
The service is not permanent storage for your files, an account-recovery tool, or a way to gain access to private content. Keep your own copies of important work using methods that are consistent with the rights you hold.
User Responsibilities
Use the tools only for content you own or that you have the right to access and save. You are responsible for determining what permission is required before reusing, publishing, modifying, or sharing a file.
Do not enter account credentials, secret data, or links you do not have the right to share. You must also make sure your use of the service complies with the terms that apply to you and to the content source.
Prohibited Uses
Attempting to bypass privacy settings or access restrictions.
Using the service to infringe the rights of others or distribute content without the required rights.
Sending automated requests that overload the service or trying to evade usage limits.
Attempting to access internal servers, credentials, other users' data, or system areas not made available to the public.
Sending false reports, threats, or misleading information through support.
Service Limits and Availability
Request limits may be applied for security and fair capacity use. Features may be fixed, restricted, or discontinued when sources change or disruptions occur. The operator may suspend access used for abuse.
Do not rely on result links as long-term storage. Downloads can expire, and a deleted source may not be processable again.
Content Ownership
Rights in videos, music, photos, and text remain with their owners. The appearance of a download button does not grant a reuse license. Names and trademarks belonging to others are used to describe source services, not to claim affiliation.
Report ownership issues through the copyright page. Requests concerning the original post may also need to be submitted to the source platform.
Check Results Before Using Them
Check a file after downloading it, especially when it is being used as a work archive. Make sure the format, sound, image order, and duration meet your needs. Keep your own source files when a downloaded result is not the only reliable copy.
A no-watermark option does not change ownership rights. You remain responsible for how you use the result, including when a file is converted or reassembled into a video.
Limitation of Responsibility
The service is provided according to the capabilities and availability described. There is no promise that every download will succeed, that results will suit every purpose, or that content can be recovered. These terms are not intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable rules.
Applicable legal terms and dispute-resolution arrangements for this operator: applicable law and forum depend on the operator’s location and legal structure and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.
