Distinguishing the Original Source from the Download Service

Include evidence supporting your relationship to the work. A report does not need to contain unrelated personal data belonging to other people. Keep a copy of the report and its reference for follow-up.
Where Should a Report Be Sent?
Send a report through [email protected] or choose the copyright category on the contact page. State that the report concerns snaptik.co.id so it is not confused with other sites using a similar name.
If your objection concerns the original post on TikTok or Douyin, also use the reporting mechanism of the source platform. SnapTik does not manage user accounts or every copy of a work on the internet.
Reviewing Reports
The operator reviews the information received and may ask for additional details before deciding what action to take. Actions available on this service: reviewing sufficiently complete reports, requesting additional details when needed, restricting or disabling functions under the operator’s control when appropriate, and recording the handling outcome.
Submitting a report does not automatically prove ownership or guarantee removal of content from another platform. Avoid reporting material you do not represent or making claims you cannot explain.
If There Is a Mistake
If you believe a report was handled incorrectly, reply through the same channel with the relevant reference and evidence. Do not publish another person's private data to dispute a report.
This page explains the service's procedure; it is not a determination of rights in a work or legal advice for a particular dispute.
